My Healthy Hippie Bars ✿RAW VEGAN✿

Makes: 5 bars or 10 slices

These are fully raw, vegan & refined sugar free.

Enjoy as a sweet treat or snack. They're even great for when you're on the go and want something quick, easy, nourishing, and filling for breakfast.



✿ 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

✿ 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in hot water

✿ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

✿ 2 tbsp chia seeds

✿ 1/2 cup shredded coconut

✿ 2 tsp organic carob powder

✿ 1 tsp organic maca powder

✿ 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

✿ 2 tbsp cacao nibs

✿ 1 tbsp goji berries

✿ splash fresh water

What to do:

1. Blend the dry ingredients first (in a food processor), then add in the softened dates, apple cider, and water, until thick and stuck together.

2. Press into a lined baking tray or ceramic dish. Should be firm.



✿ 1 ripe banana

✿ 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil

✿ 2 tbsp cacao powder

✿ 3 tbsp fresh water

What to do:

1. Blend all together.

2. Spread on top of the base. Add a layer of 1 ripe banana, thinly sliced, over the top.

3. Place into the fridge for atleast 30 minutes for the topping to thicken up a little more.

4. Slice into bars when ready.

5. Enjoy✿✿✿

(store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week or more).
