Apple Turmeric Oats

The perfect breakfast bowl to try this winter! 

 

All you need to do is~

•Add 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 a diced apple, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 2 cups water to a saucepan over medium heat.

•Cook the porridge for around 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.

•Plop your porridge into a bowl and top it with 2 pitted dates (chopped up), 1 sliced banana, 1/2 a sliced apple, 1 tsp hemp seeds, a few goji berries, and some buckwheat.

•Enjoy!!
