Strawbs & Persimmon Coconut Nicecream

To recreate this delicious, heart filling vegan ice-cream just blend some frozen persimmon, frozen strawberries, frozen coconut cream cubes (pour coconut cream into ice cube trays and leave in the freezer overnight), a dollop of Cocobella's coconut yoghurt, and a splash of coconut milk. Scoop the contents into a bowl and top the nicecream off with some sliced kiwi fruit, sliced strawberries, goji berries, cocoa nibs, cranberries, and if you want the full experience of this bowl- add a few Pure Dark Chocolate Mini Rice Crackers and a decent amount of Macadamia, Cranberry & Coconut Muesli from Table of Plenty, and a spoon of Pure Harvest's COCO2 spread (Coconut, Cocoa & Hazelnut).
