GREEN TURMERIC IMMUNITY JUICE

All of these ingredients combined into a refreshing juice will help boost your energy for the day ahead.

 

1. Juice: A little chunk of fresh ginger and fresh turmeric, 1/2 lemon (including the skin & seeds), 10 stalks celery, 5 carrots, small head broccoli, bunch of Asian greens or kale, and 3 red apples.

 

2. Pour into a jar and enjoy.
