Why you should eat CHIA SEEDS more

Chia seeds are an excellent source of plant-based protein and are high in antioxidants & omega-3 fatty acids. They are also packed full of essential vitamins and minerals, including iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, sulfur, iodine, niacin, thiamine, fibre, and vitamins A, B, E, & D.

They are fabulous for assisting in weight loss (by cutting food cravings), energizing your body,  healthy skin, lessens anxiety, helps prevent cancer, improves bone health, and improves digestion.

You can use these incredible seeds as an egg substitute in baking, add them on top of salads, or make delicious, colourful chia puddings with them.
