Self Comparison is a Killer

Next time you aren't feeling good enough in yourself, or you're comparing yourself to someone else, catch that thought and blow it into the wind.

If that thought were to linger it would cause similar thoughts to come in, until eventually all these negative, low vibrational thoughts became a magnet. They would attract in only feelings of unworthiness and dread in your own skin.

This is an extremely unhealthy mindset to hold onto.

STOP comparing yourself to others.

You are already enough. You're pretty enough. You're smart enough. You're funny enough. You're interesting enough. You're SO damn ENOUGH.

Stop comparing yourself to that girl in your Math class that is so undeniably beautiful, because you are beautiful too. Stop comparing your own scale of beauty to Instagram models or celebrities, because their beauty does NOT define your own.

No one else's beauty belittles your beauty.

You are beautiful. All you need to do is believe it.

No one is better than anyone else, or more beautiful.

Once you see that we are all so beautiful, you won't find yourself comparing your beauty to others. You will know that you're enough, and that your outside appearance isn't everything. You matter so much more than the skin you live in.

Spread kindness and compassion to those who really need it. Don't compare yourself to others, and don't bring others down in your own judgmental comparison.

You are more than enough, don't tell yourself otherwise.
