Dinner or Lunch Idea

 

•Cooked Chickpeas
•Cooked Quinoa, add a splash of apple cider vinegar and any spices of choice
•Cucumber
•Tomatoes
•Fresh Greens topped with flax seed oil and lemon juice
•Hemp seeds
•Chutney
•Raw broccoli (also great steamed)
